Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance allowed teachers to apply for kite kits and a chance to attend the Tulsa Kite Festival at TU sponsored by TRSA, Flight Night, and Tinker Airbase. GSA second grade received kite kits for the entire grade, and the opportunity to take 30 to festival.
