Homebound

All students will be referred to the Dir. of Special Services office to apply for Homebound Services.

Homebound Services are not intended to replace the level of instruction at the home school, but rather a plan to permit a student the opportunity to stay involved with school assignments so re-entry to regular home school class will become a more positive transition.

Types of Homebound:
A) Special Education IEP students
B) 504 Rehabilitation students
C) Pregnancy
D) Acute/Chronic Illness

Homebound Instruction Student Requirements:
1) Student will be responsible to meet with instructor one (1) hour, three (3) times a week, at a time mutually agreed upon by student and instructor. Absenteeism will result in termination of...
