SNOW ROUTES
(Revised from 2009-2010

Dear Parents,

Sand Springs Schools Transportation department will begin implementing routes for our buses to travel during inclement weather.  We are developing the Snow and Ice Routes in order to transport our students safely to and from school during hazardous road conditions. 

When conditions warrant, announcements will be made on the 5:30am newscast on Channel 9, Channel 6, Channel 8, and many of the local radio stations, that Ice Routes will be run.

The areas listed below will be the areas where school buses will not transport students during inclement weather.

(Bus #93) Industrial Dr (Does not go down Industrial at all)
(Meet Bus at 4th and Industrial)

(Bus #91) Overlook Drive (0ff Hwy 97 North) All streets/roads west of Nassau Road  (Meet bus at Overlook Dr. and Nassau Rd.)

(Bus #89) Wild Cat Hill - West of Valley Drive or Zink Road
(Meet bus at Valley Dr. and Zink Road)

(Bus #87) Pond Dr., Country Rd., Timberlane Ridge Rd. east of 97 Hwy.  Meet bus on Hwy 97.

(Bus #87) Edgewood Dr.  Meet bus at Dandelion St. or Woodbine and Edgewood St.

(Bus #84)193rd West Avenue, North of Wekiwa Rd.
(Meet bus at 193rd and Wekiwa Rd.)

(Bus #79) 200th West Avenue, Highland Hills
(Meet bus at 198th w. Ave and Highland Dr. or 198th W. Ave and Highland Pl. )

(Bus #79) All roads north of Shell Creek Skating Rink on 177th West Avenue
(Meet bus at skating rink on 177th W. Ave.)

(Bus #73) Rawson Rd (Addresses between 4000 and 4099)

(Bus #73)  S. 112th Ave W. (Addresses between 4100 and 4999)

In Pleasant Oaks addition this will affect the following students:
