Sabrina Usher received the Sandite Spirit Award at tonight's board meeting for outstanding achievements in representing Sand Springs Public Schools and the community at large. Sabrina was recently selected to the Oklahoma Fast-Pitch Coaches Association Large East All-State Team. Sabrina will play softball at Rogers State University in the fall.
Coach Shelli Brown said of Sabrina, "She is an awesome kid, and has grown so much from her freshman year until now. I can't wait to see what she accomplishes at RSU, she has the whole world in front of her. Just wish I could keep her for a couple more years."
