Kristin Shipley, Charles Page High School (CPHS) Senior was presented with the Sandite Spirit Award at tonight's Board of Education meeting. CPHS Counselor, Sandi Franklin nominated Kristin for her hard work and commitment towards completing 31 hours of college credits by graduation this May.
Kristin is currently the Drum Major for the Gold Pride Marching Band, is in a job shadowing program and works a part-time job after school. Franklin said she is a shining Sandite and will leave a mark of outstanding leadership at CPHS. Kristin plans to attend Northeastern State University in the fall.
