Congratulations to the following teachers at Garfield for being awarded a teacher grant from the Sand Springs Education Foundation: Kami McCabe, Beth Russell, Kari Rockwood, Amber Alexander, and Kori Lyons.
The Foundation has been helping district teachers for almost 33 years. Some of the grants have helped to secure special equipment, while others have been used to implement innovative projects that emphasize new teaching approaches for their students. The Foundation desires to help enhance the learning opportunities for the students in our district.
