ICE

What is ICE at CPHS?

ICE is structured time built into our school day between 5th and 6th hours, giving students opportunities for Intervention, Collaboration, and Enrichment.

Whether a student needs extra help, time to catch up, an opportunity to work alongside teachers and peers, or is ready to explore clubs and activities, ICE is designed to provide intentional time for students to get what they need from their school day.

This week on Tune-In-Tuesday, Mr. Bivin, Mr. Brown, and Mrs. Simpson talk more about ICE and the vision behind providing this time for our students.

And there’s another great part of the story happening behind the camera! Tune-In-Tuesday is produced each week with the help of our Tulsa Tech Multimedia students. Kaleb was behind the camera for this week’s conversation, while fellow students worked behind the scenes editing and bringing it all together. It’s a great opportunity for these students to put their multimedia skills into action while helping keep CPHS students informed and connected!

Students watch Tune-In-Tuesday each week during 5th hour, and you can watch along with us here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CIyaEnl2pys
