Mrs. Perdon's fifth grade class at Garfield had "Camp Big Brain" today. They centered their learning for the day around camping. They read books with lanterns, wrote postcards pretending they were away at summer camp, added using decimals and camping/fall words, and even played multiplication war. All while looking stylish in flannel.
