Reminder: Parents and guardians are invited to the Sixth Grade Center's Welcome to the Sixth Grade Center tomorrow, Wednesday, April 9, starting at 8:45 a.m. in the Commons area. For those who are unable to attend in person, the event will be recorded.

The Spring fundraiser items are in. Students who had orders will be bringing them home today.
We will have the prize parties beginning Monday, April 14th, and continuing through Monday, April 28th. We will let the students know ahead of time if they qualify for one of the parties.
Garfield would like to send a huge thank you to all the parents who supported our spring fundraiser. Your generosity, time, and energy helped make it a big success. We couldn't have done it without you, and we appreciate everything you do to support our school community.

Field Day will be on May 8th this year. We will only be doing pre-orders for concessions this year. An order form will be sent home with the students today. The due date to pre-order is Friday, April 25th. We will not be able to take late orders.

Yearbooks are for sale; the order form will be sent home today; look in your student's Thursday folder. Additionally, you can place an online order using the code on the order form. The order form was posted on the Facebook page of Garfield STEAM Academy.
If you want your student to receive a yearbook, place your order as soon as possible because we only have 150 available.

Every student must pre-enroll for the 25-26 school year. During the parent/teacher conferences, we will have Chromebooks set up outside the gym so you can pre-enroll your student for the upcoming school year.
If you have any changes that would require documents to be uploaded, you can upload them at home through the portal or go to the Sand Springs Enrollment Center at 14 W. 4th St., Sand Springs, OK. If you do not know your user name or password for the parent portal, please contact the Sand Springs Enrollment Center at 918-246-1448.

The Slow Smoked Snacks Spring Fundraiser ends tomorrow, Friday, March 7th. Please turn in all money and orders. The orders will not be in until after spring break. Thank you for helping with the fundraiser. Tomorrow, Friday, March 7th, we will be selling popcorn for 50¢ each. Students give their money to their teacher. Additionally, the students' February "Hat Days" raised $150 for Garfield's Special Olympians.
