Pratt Elementary

During Mrs. Lee’s counseling class time, 5th graders learned about the world of work. The 5th graders put their learning to action spending a day at Tulsa Junior Achievement’s BizTown. All students had a job, received a paycheck, learned how to deposit money in a bank, budget their money to shop, and learned to budget their time and work with others. They also had the special experience to donate some of their paycheck to the Salvation Army Red Kettle Bell. Our students donated $70 out of their BizTown paychecks which became real money to help a family for Christmas! Thank you Pratt PTO for always helping support these valuable learning experiences!
