Ms. Katz's Pre-AP Algebra 2 classes took math to new heights—literally! Students gathered in the front lobby while others dropped Squishmallows from the second floor. With stopwatch in hand, students timed each fall and used their data to build quadratic equations that model the drop. Learning about gravity and parabolas has never been so squishy—or so fun!
