Some of our talented 5th graders from Mrs. Hebert's class received awards from the Oklahoma Writing Project's Write to Win Writing Contest. 361 entries from students across the state were read and judged. Winning pieces are published in an anthology. Winners are recognized at the Sam Noble Museum where they receive a copy of the anthology and a certificate. CONGRATULATIONS girls!!

WOW! We have a lot of sick kiddos out. Parents, please know that we have had several cases of the flu and strep reported.
Just a reminder- students must be fever/symptom free (without medicine) for 24 hours before they can return to school!

The Future-Ready Sandites plan is a $114.5 million bond proposal that includes numerous projects. For Northwoods Fine Arts Academy, it would mean a marquee upgrade, climbing rope for our playground, upgraded security, access, and fire panels, technology, and curriculum.
This bond would NOT raise property taxes.
