RE: Sand Springs Public Schools Enrollment
Dear Sand Springs Parent/Guardian,
The time to enroll for the 2020-2021 school year is now! Enrollment can be easily done this year using any online device. Due to the existing climate in our state, we can set up personal appointments if you have any questions or issues when enrolling. It is unclear at this time if we will be able to open our doors fully to the public before school begins.
It is extremely important to enroll early so that you can beat the Fall enrollment rush and to better help us plan accordingly for your student. Also, early enrollment helps us to deliver information quickly in case there are changes in this unpredictable time. Please understand enrollment and course requests are two different matters. Enrollment/pre-enrollment places the student in our district, course requests, which are done at the sites, places the student in specific classes.
Online enrollment can be completed by using the following link: cas.sandites.org
Username: student ID number
Password: student’s birthday (00/00/0000)
you will need to upload a current gas or electric bill. If you have any issues in doing this, you can email that bill to enroll@sandites.org.
We apologize for the urgency in this matter but it is essential for us to secure our student numbers as quickly as possible during this unprecedented time. Thank you for helping us ensure that each Sandite student has a great experience in the fall. Please call the Enrollment Center if you have any questions or concerns at 918-246-1448 or 918-246-1490.
Sincerely,
Sand Springs Enrollment Center
