At the January Board Meeting, the School Board recognized Abbigail Bryant and Peyton Belk with the Sandite Spirit Award (shown here with Board Member Rusty Gunn). Both students are members of the LAFS (Life Applications for Students) program at Clyde Boyd Middle School. As part of this class, students were encouraged to donate funds to the Shop with Cops program to benefit children in need during the Holiday Season. Both students went above and beyond by contributing to the program.
