Step One
Complete an application. You can complete the application online here. If you cannot complete an application online, please call and we can take that application by phone.

Step Two
You will be contacted for an intake screening. Make sure that you provided a good number on your application for someone to reach you. This screening is to be completed by the parent or guardian. The purpose of this screening is to make sure that Page will be a good fit for you and your goals. We will also learn a little about your history and at-risk factors. If you are currently in high school, your school counselor will need to complete a referral.

Step Three
Await a placement decision. We will fully consider your application and all relevant factors, including whether or not we currently have a student slot available. You can be sure that your application will have full consideration and you will be notified by phone whether or not you have been accepted into the program.

Please Note

We cannot accept any student who is not currently a student in Sand Springs Public Schools or one of our co-op schools. If you are not a current student, please complete the enrollment process at our Enrollment Center.

Students must live with a parent or legal guardian who is a resident of Sand Springs School District (or one of our co-op schools) or obtain an approved inter-district (out-of-district) transfer. For questions about enrollment or transfer eligibility, call our Enrollment Center at (918) 246-1448.
