Three Sand Springs elementary students received exciting news this morning! Representatives from the Oklahoma Interscholastic BMX League presented the students with State Champion medals. The visits brought big smiles, plenty of cheers, and a strong sense of pride as each student was recognized for their hard work on the track.
This year’s Oklahoma Interscholastic BMX League State Champions at the elementary level include:
Luke Claybrook, Pratt Elementary
Travis Maxwell, Northwoods Fine Arts Academy
Nolan Vantrease, Angus Valley Elementary
These young athletes have shown impressive commitment and perseverance throughout the BMX season, and their state titles reflect the hours of practice and determination they’ve poured into their sport. Congratulations to Nolan, Travis, and Luke on this outstanding accomplishment!
