This month, we are proud to honor Charles Page High School Senior Sophia Hart as a Sandite Spirit Award recipient. Sophia was recently named an Oklahoma Academic All-State honoree—one of the most prestigious academic recognitions a student can earn in our state.

This distinction places her among the top 100 seniors in Oklahoma, recognized for academic achievement, leadership, and character. Sophia’s dedication to excellence reflects the very best of Charles Page High School and Sand Springs Public Schools. We are incredibly proud of her and this well-deserved honor.

CPHS Library Media Specialist Amy Pennington received the Sandite Pacesetter Award. Under Pennington’s leadership, the 2025 Charles Page High School yearbook achieved national recognition, earning a place in Portfolio, Vol. 31 by Varsity Yearbook. This honor places the publication among the top yearbooks in the country. Her commitment to excellence and storytelling has created a lasting legacy and a model for schools nationwide.
