Sean Kuehn Receives Recognition from State Superintendent Joy Hofmeister

At the July Oklahoma State Board of Education meeting, State Superintendent of Public Instruction Joy Hofmeister honored Sean Kuehn for representing the state of Oklahoma as a 2021 U.S. Presidential Scholar. Sean is a Charles Page High School graduate, and he is one of only two Oklahoma students chosen for the award. Sean has previously represented Sand Springs Public Schools at a state level by serving on Supt. Hofmeister’s student advisory council.

We are thrilled to see Sean’s hard work recognized both statewide and nationally. Congratulations to this outstanding young man, and thank you for demonstrating Sandite excellence! #BESandite
